The working principle of:

This system used in conveying gas, inert gases generally adopts the roots blower as gas source, rotary feeder as feeding device, materials by feeder in pneumatic conveying pipe, mixes with high speed pneumatic conveying to the end of the bunker, filtered through the feed gas separation plant of inert gas to receive the entry of the roots blower.
The material enters into the rotary feeder from the hopper, the material is fed quantitatively by the feeder under the action of gravity, pressure gas is generated by roots blower, and the material is transported to the designated material warehouse at a certain speed. After the separation of the material and the dedusting of the gas, the material enters the intake pipe and is inhaled by the blower inlet for the next conveying cycle.
